Welcome to carsonconsultinglife.com (the "Site"), operated by Patricia Rawls, an independent life insurance broker doing business as Carson Consulting ("Carson Consulting," "I," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes Only

The Site provides general educational information about life insurance. Nothing on this Site is personalized insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice, an offer or solicitation of insurance, a quote, or a guarantee of coverage. Coverage, premiums, and eligibility are determined only by the insurance carrier through its application and underwriting process. No coverage is in effect until a carrier approves your application and issues a policy.

2. Licensing

Patricia Rawls is a licensed life insurance broker (NPN 20113977), licensed in TX, MI, NM, OH, KS, TN, LA, AR, and OK. Carson Consulting partners with Equity Insurance Partners. Insurance products discussed on this Site may not be available in every state, and availability may change. I can only discuss or sell insurance in states where I am licensed.

3. Educational Tools and Content

Lessons, quizzes, timelines, interactive examples, and completion certificates on this Site (including the Interactive Learning Hub and Make It Make Sense Monday) are for general education. They use hypothetical examples and are not quotes, illustrations, projections of any policy's performance, or personal recommendations. Completion certificates are for personal enjoyment only and are not a professional credential, license, or qualification.

4. Your Information and Contact

If you submit a form, Fit Finder, survey, or booking, or otherwise contact me through this Site, you authorize me to contact you by phone and email about your request. I will contact you by text message only if you separately opt in (see our SMS Terms). Submitting a form does not obligate you to buy anything. Please give accurate information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

5. Third-Party Carriers, Platforms, and Links

This Site may reference or link to insurance carriers, scheduling tools, online quote platforms, and other third-party sites. Quotes shown through the Ethos platform reflect Ethos products only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

6. No Broker-Client or Fiduciary Relationship from Site Use

Using this Site does not create a broker-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Any such relationship exists only if we separately agree to it through a direct engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, graphics, and materials on this Site belong to Carson Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. You are welcome to share a link to the Site.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Site; submit another person's information without their permission; or use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site.
